• It is a strategic planning and leadership-development tool, one input among many, and not a substitute for professional HR, legal, coaching, or medical advice.
• You will manage the data in accordance with your organization’s confidentiality and data-handling practices.

Your data is yours: you can request an export or deletion at any time. No data is shared with third parties beyond what is required to run the service.
